“I’ve loved working with you. You bring real value, hold a mirror up to us, and aren’t afraid to pull us out of rabbit holes. You’ve helped us build a common language and a clearer understanding of team dynamics, roles, and responsibilities.”

Training

We devise and deliver engaging training sessions, programmes of sessions, and suites of programmes - whatever scale you want to work at, we can help.

We choose to tailor-make our training - we steer clear of off-the-shelf. We want to learn about your organisation's specific challenges, culture, and goals, and then build training engagements that meet your needs.

Our experienced trainers combine deep expertise with engaging, interactive facilitation that inspires lasting behavioural change. We avoid transactional teaching, instead focussing on transformational learning.

We partner with you throughout the journey - from needs analysis through to evaluation - to guarantee your investment translates into improved performance, stronger engagement, and tangible outcomes.

“It’s clear you bring deep experience from working with a wide range of people in organisations. Your breadth of knowledge across management and business, psychology, leadership, and soft skills consistently came through. I also appreciated how much you genuinely care about the impact of the sessions and your openness to reflecting on how they can be improved. Your natural curiosity only adds to the quality of the experience.”

Retirement Transition Planning

When colleagues retire, decades of institutional knowledge walks out the door. Retirement coaching supports the individual, but also ensures smooth succession planning and knowledge transfer before they leave. A sustainable plan for how you manage colleagues’ retirement is therefore crucial.

We all know that abrupt departures create leadership and knowledge vacuums, disrupt teams, and damage morale. Unprepared retirees struggle to let go, creating awkward handover periods. And high performers leave earlier if they lack clarity about their exit strategy.

You can be the organisation that supports dignified, well-planned exits, making it easier to attract and retain top talent throughout people's careers - colleagues who transition well become ambassadors, not critics.

Retirement coaching transforms retiree’s last 12-18 months from ‘checking-out’ to ‘checking-in’ on what matters most. With retirement transition planning, doing the right thing for the individual protects your business, and strengthen your leadership pipleine.

We can help you build sustainable approaches to retirement transition.

“You approach everything well-prepared, adaptable, open, engaging, and full of emotional intelligence. Thanks for everything.”

Mediation

Sadly there are times when working relationships break down, despite the organisation’s best efforts. That is the point at which mediation may help. Mediation is a voluntary conflict resolution process in which we, a neutral third party, facilitate constructive dialogue between disputing parties, helping them reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Unlike a judge or arbitrator, as mediators we don't impose a decision, instead guiding the conversation, helping clarify issues, identifying common ground, and encouraging creative problem-solving, all while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Mediation is widely used in workplace disputes because it is typically faster, less expensive, and more collaborative than litigation. It can also often preserves relationships that other pocesses might damage.

As part of our commitment to clarity (one of our four core values) we ensure that when you engage one of our mediators they are not someone who has worked with you previously as a coach or facilitator.

“You build strong relationship with teams (through humour, warmth as well as clarity and empathy) that make engaging with you feel like a gift for them.”

(Peri to post) menopause consultancy

Recognising an under-supported need, we have a Senior Associate qualified as a specialist in menopause support (which they combine with nutrition, fitness, and executive coaching).

With 1 in 10 leaving their career as a result of their menopause symptoms, organisations (and society as a whole) are losing highly talented individuals from the workforce. This is further compounded by ongoing stigma and misinformation around menopause.

When colleagues leave, decades of institutional knowledge walks out the door. We all know that abrupt departures create leadership and knowledge vacuums, disrupt teams, and damage morale.

You can be the organisation that creates a dignified menopause-positive workplace.

In addition to working with organisations, we provide 1:1 menopause coaching - see our support for individuals for more detail.

“It was easy to reach strong understanding with you of the issues we need to be addressed, and you have great clarity on articulating those back to us and designing engagements to tackle those issues effectively.”
