Dr Kenton Lewis MBE founded the company after two decades in Higher Education management and leadership, determined to transform how staff engage with each other, and navigate complex organisational systems.
Over the last twelve years we've woven insights from educational sociology and organisational psychology into everything we do - applying rigorous, research-grounded approaches to real-world challenges. And we never lose sight of what matters most: the people navigating these systems, in all their messy, human complexity.
