Mediation
Sadly there are times when working relationships break down, despite your best efforts. That is the point at which mediation may help. Mediation is a voluntary conflict resolution process in which we, a neutral third party, facilitate constructive dialogue between disputing parties, helping them reach a mutually acceptable agreement.
Unlike a judge or arbitrator, as mediators we don't impose a decision - we guide the conversation, clarify issues, identify common ground, and encourage creative problem-solving, all while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Mediation is widely used in workplace disputes because it is typically faster, less expensive, and more collaborative than litigation. It can also preserve relationships that other processes might damage.
As part of our commitment to clarity (one of our four core values) we ensure that the mediator we put forward has not worked with you previously as a coach or facilitator.

(Peri to post) menopause coaching & training
Recognising an under-supported need, we have a Senior Associate qualified as a specialist in menopause support (which they combine with nutrition, fitness, and executive coaching).
With 1 in 10 leaving their career as a result of their menopause symptoms, organisations (and society as a whole) are losing highly talented individuals from the workforce. This is further compounded by ongoing stigma and misinformation around menopause.
Through 1:1 coaching, awareness raising training, and organisational guidance, we can deliver positive change for menopause in the workplace, and address this inequality.
